The Kidney Foundation of Chattanooga provides help and information to those diagnosed with kidney disease. Kidney disease often leaves families financially devastated. In support of these families and those coping with kidney disease,

The Kidney Foundation provides numerous programs and services. We strive to be the leading resource of kidney related support in the greater Chattanooga area including: patient assistance, education, awareness, and prevention to improve the community's quality of life. By operating as an independent Kidney Foundation, we are able to provide more financial assistance to our area patients.
